The past two weeks I was in a inpatient program where all my needs were met. I spent time with some very good people in a group setting without a phone, and pressures of the outside world.
I spent this time in self reflection, and focus on mental health of others and myself. I learned what was important and what was not. Also I learned a lot about myself.
In a group setting some amazing things happened. In our Groups we all came together to work on ourselves, and others. We experienced many different perspectives for me different backgrounds. We blended it all together and we started healing very quick.
Many were at the end of their rope, myself included. Within a couple days we turned around very. Then group became a social setting. Then most of use emerged much stronger.
I highly recommend group type therapy, with people we can relate to. Also checking out from our high stress world from time to time.
