Success is reserved for people who serve in life and business. The tricky part is spotting the needs, by finding out what really matters. 

You can compete on things that don’t matter, and you won’t get much of a reward.

When working with a good quality service, or product cutting corners to save money may not be that competitive.

In any markets like customer, employee, employer, tip, compensates on a many areas like hot, cheep, quality, flavor, speed, friendliness, tuffness, eficient and so on. The business who serves one or more of these the best to the market wins in a rational market.

Same thing in any other market of life. Just about any rational market. 

It helps to define what your doing, and what really matters to who. Then execute well in service or others, and the market.
